Each Circle should send a Representative to the Board Meeting. Your circle's ideas and concerns are important to the whole of the guild so send a rep.

Note: Reminder that anyone requiring reimbursement must fill out a Reimbursement Report with receipt and send it to Karen Garth's home for quicker possessing. Please look in you Guild Directory for her address.

' Celebrations 'Opportunity Quilt for 2011.

This Beautiful and Fun quilt was made using Batiks except for the leaves and vine. It was sewn and quilted by ladies of the Black Mountain Circle and quilted by Tammy Bradley.

Lana Weber is in charge of ticket sales.
