Volunteerism makes a successful guild.

DQN members look for your copy in the
mail.
Anyone
entering a quilted item, entering the fashion show, or entering a mini
quilt for the auction please, please, please read all of the booklet
carefully. We want you to have a great show.
If you do not want to print the
whole booklet out, click the pages button on your printer and pick 5,7
or pick 5-7 because those are the pages the applications are on.
You can also tell your printer to print as many copies as you need by
clicking on the arrow button to increase the number of pages printed of
each page.
 We
have made arrangements for discounted room rates at both the Fiesta
Henderson Casino Hotel and at the Hawthorn Inn and Suites.
At the Fiesta
Henderson Casino Hotel. The rate (including the mandatory Hotel Amenity
Fee but not the 13% room tax) is $33.95 during the week and $53.95 on
Friday and Saturday. If you would like to take advantage of this special
rate, call the Fiesta at 1-888-899-7770 and tell them you are
with the Desert Quilters of Nevada group.
OR
Hawthorn Suites on the Boulder
Hwy
$59.00 plus 12% Occupancy Tax per night (single or double
occupancy) $5.00 rebate per room night booked back to DQN for
charity of choice.
The
reservation deadline date is Friday, February 26, 2010.
After this date, rooms not covered by a rooming list or
individual reservation shall be released from Group’s room block and
Hotel may contract with other parties for the use of such rooms.
Hotel will continue to accept reservations from Group’s attendees
after that date at a space and rate availability basis only.
Tell them you are with the
Desert Quilters of Nevada group. If the Group room rate is not available, the prevailing room
rate will apply.
